The SAFE-Insight intervention training program equips mental health professionals with essential knowledge and skills for working with domestic violence. Through comprehensive training modules and live supervision sessions, participants learn evidence-based approaches to understanding and addressing domestic violence through a metacognitive lens. The program covers risk assessment, safety planning, and basic intervention strategies. Combining theoretical foundations with practical applications, this training prepares practitioners to recognise patterns of domestic violence, implement basic interventions, and develop trauma-informed approaches. Supervision sessions ensure the integration of learning into practice.
