No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 10 business days before the event.
If we cancel or postpone an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
For events offered on different dates, you can request a transfer to another date in writing more than ten business days before the original event, subject to availability and any price differences.
On-demand Events:
No refunds will be made for on-demand events as access to recordings is provided upon payment.
