Terms and Conditions for the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapies (IIP)
Event Payments
All payments must be made in Australian dollars ($AUD) via the online event registration page. Upon payment, the registrant agrees to the IIP Cancellation Policy. Registration and payment must be completed prior to the event date.
Changes to an Event
IIP endeavours to deliver all events as advertised. However, there may be occasions when changes to the speakers, schedule, or venue are required due to circumstances beyond IIP's control. In these instances, all efforts will be made to contact registrants to advise them of the changes in a timely manner. If these changes affect a registrant’s ability or desire to attend, a refund or credit may be applied, but registrants must contact IIP prior to the event to discuss options.

We may review this policy in special circumstances where sufficient evidence is provided.
Webinar Registrations
Registration is only available to individuals. The purchase of a webinar is for the registered participant only, and registration information should not be forwarded to third parties.
Webinar Participation and Behaviour
During a webinar, any views you express must be your own. You must not behave in a manner or distribute any material that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, contrary to law, or detrimental to the rights of any person, which IIP considers to contravene this clause.
Event Payment Security
When registering for The Institute for Integrative Psychotherapies events, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
