Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MIT) Level ll
Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MIT) is an effective approach designed for treating people with personality disorders and their associated symptoms and behavioural comorbidities. MIT is receiving increasing empirical support from randomised controlled trials, single-arm studies, and case series. It appears to be effective for personality disordered aspects and symptoms and can minimise dropouts to a very low rate.
This advanced training program focuses on mastering complex interventions, advanced case formulation, and sophisticated application of MIT principles.
